I founded Queen in 2021 to turn my passion for all things sweet into a business focused on baking the best cakes to my taste.

I consider myself very fortunate to have been surrounded by a family of naturally gifted home chefs (mum & mum-in-law) I was inspired by their ability to use simple ingredients to put together the most well-balanced flavors. I learned the most valuable lessons from observing them - the right technique, patience, and passion above all else.

Queen is where you get simple and authentic pastry recipes in their purest form. We don’t do fusion. We don’t put a spin on things. We stay true to the essence of what made that recipe great in the first place: the best ingredients, no cut corners, no preservatives or artificial coloring, and a simple, tasteful presentation. We believe that great flavors are much more memorable than adornment or gimmicks.
